Senator Becker Speaks in Support of the Cancer Patients' Bill of Rights

The state Senate unanimously passed Senator Susan Rubio's SCR 11, the Cancer Patients' Bill of Rights. Speaking in support of the Senate Concurrent Resolution, Senator Josh Becker said California must ensure cutting-edge therapies are accessible to everyone.
